Poly VVX Provisioning Instructions

The screen shot below represents the correct procedure to auto-provision the Polycom VVX Series phones. FTP Username and FTP Password will vary by Account, so please find your information on VOIP > ACCOUNT SETTINGS > PROVISIONING.

To obtain the IP address of the Polycom Phone please plug the phone in and press the home button --> Settings --> Status  --> Network --> TCP/IP Parameters

The IP will be listed below DHCP.

 Please remember if you are running firmware 5.x or higher you will need to access the web interface by https://<ip address>

 For example https://10.20.75.101. The password is 456



Enter the information found on your Account Settings Page under Provisioning and copy it to the Poly Control Panel.

Once you save this information, your device will reboot and update with the new configuration.

Allow up to 10 minutes for this process to complete.
